Internships
Programme Specifics
Purpose
The internships programme is designed to empower purpose-oriented individuals to address significant societal challenges, difficult to tackle in isolation; it creates opportunities to implement effective change, whilst building both personal and organisational capacity for delivering positive impact.
Sectors
Current development priorities exist across the sectors of higher education, ethical finance and refugee support. However, we will endeavour to facilitate participation within additional sectors on request, although such opportunities might take longer to commence.
Cost
Participation for both the intern as well as the partner organisation during the pilot programme is free.
Remuneration
The internship programme is currently unpaid. However, it is possible to undertake the internship alongside other paid work or study as an add-on.
Time commitment
No time commitment requirement is set. Individual time contribution is flexible and solely at the discretion of the participant.
Locations
By default, the internship is facilitated remotely. If required, in-person activities can be facilitated in either London (United Kingdom) or New Delhi (India).
Closing date
Applications are being accepted on a rolling basis.
Vacancies
Three places in total are currently available for both individual and team applications.
Volunteer agreement
A volunteer agreement will be presented to the participant, primarily outlining the agreed project specifics. However, this is not an employment contract and there is no obligation to complete any work.
